Our First Home

The Original Condition - October 8, 2009 to October 30, 2009

We saw this house posted on the internet on October 8th and drove over to see it. When we arrived we stumbled upon a real estate agent there who was showing the house to a different client. We told the agent we want it and 22 days later we closed escrow. The house is located in Eagle Rock about 2000 feet from Occidental College. Below are the original photos from the internet ad. They DO the home justice.

Escrow closed and we have the keys! Now what? Here some photos of the condition of the house when we took possession. I have blurred the graffiti in many of the photos (nearly every room is graffiti'd).
