Today was mainly a travel day. We woke up a little late and headed to central park where we saw beautiful pigeons and some arch thing. We then headed to the Jade Museum in downtown San Jose. This Museum houses the largest collection of Early American jade artifacts in the entire world. After the museum we headed to the bus station and spent the rest of the day waiting for and riding the bus to Monteverde. Monteverde is a Quaker establishment with unpaved roads in an attempt to keep the tourist from ruining their haven. These Quakers left America for this beautiful cloud forest to quietly raise their cattle only to find the American tourist (as well as the rest of the world) followed them here two decades later. We arrived at night in the rain and quickly found a place to stay.
